Type Of Winch
There are a few different types of winch that you can buy. This includes hydraulic, electric, air and diesel. This is how the four types differ:

You’ll want to think about whether you want to use a steel cable or a synthetic rope. Steel cable is durable and easy to maintain but is quite heavy.
